When will my garments arrive?

 

New Zealand
Most orders will be received within 10 days

USA
Most orders will be received within 20 days

Australia
Most orders will be received within 15 days

Europe
Most orders will be received within 20 days

 

What Does it Cost to Pack and Post Airmail to My Country?

 

New Zealand
Airmail cost is NZ$10

USA
Airmail cost is NZ$20

Australia
Airmail cost is NZ$15

Europe
Airmail cost is NZ$20

 

We use Airmail Insured Post for international deliveries because it's insured, guaranteed and cost effective.

 

Stock availability

Sadly we cannot guarantee that we have all items in stock permanently, although we do try our best. If an item is out of stock we will advise you on a delivery date and we will be most happy to place the order on back order if you wish. Please note that colours may vary slightly from those shown on website due to variations in screen settings.

 

Delivery Problems
In the unlikely event that your garments have not arrived after the estimated arrival times, please send us an email. If it does not arrive within 3 months we will compensate you for the value of your purchases plus postage or if you prefer, a replacement order can be sent.

 

Customs Duties and Tax
This may be levied on incoming parcels in many countries and payment of these levies is the customer's responsibility. (This happens very rarely).

 

Refund Policy
All goods are guaranteed 100% for faulty workmanship. Please email us at anita@alteredego.co.nz with your concern, return the garment to us in it’s original condition, and we will gladly replace it, or refund the money to your account (we will need your account details to do this).

Be assured that your details are safe with us as we do not distribute your information to any third parties.
